WebOps, LLC provides 24x7 phone and email support, ultimately providing the quickest response time combined with the highest quality resolution:
- Knowledge Base – WebOps staff possess extensive knowledge and experience in the medical device industry in addition to their understanding of our applications.
- Email – an email to support@webops.com automatically notifies a WebOps technician. You will receive a "Work in Action" notification and ticket number while the issue is being resolved.
- Toll Free Support Line – WebOps Help Desk is also available at 877-612-0995 for support.

- Site Analysis/Discovery – Evaluation of specific customer business challenges driven by customer specific distribution models, inventory locations and work flow preferences.
- Training – Includes role-based training based on processes, procedures, or technology. Training programs available range from resident super user “train the trainer” approach, to WebOps on site training and web based training is available for our entire curriculum. Comprehensive user manuals and training documents support users and enable efficient training up of new users.
- Setup – Hosting environment in a tier 1 data center and data migration to speed implementation.
- System Configuration – based customer specific work flow preferences.
- Automatic Data Capture – GPS and RFID capabilities and options
- Handheld – Device options for smart phones, tablets, netbooks, and scanners / carrier issues and challenges.
- Refresher Training – Role-specific training for web, handheld, and scanner devices.
